first i want to say thank you so much for everything in this thread my TV is now up and running i did get two caps from radio shack i went to the guy cause i asked him if the cap was low esr he could not answer the question the cap was blue though and looked exactly like it should be the same one but i did my research and the cap might have been blue but it should have been black the guy could not even tell me the difference between the color of the caps but anyways i put the two caps in and my TV fired right up after awhile it flickered and the speakers started screeching like crazy after i looked everything over i found that i did not have all the grounds hooked up so i tried again no screeching. so anyways i ordered the board anyways could not hurt to have a spare board. any suggestion on anything you read let me know and i want to say thank you to you all for the help

(i stand corrected my tv is an rca l37wd12 but everything in this post is the same issue

I am having issues with my 42 in rca tv and seeking some help. I have replaced some capacitors and one fuse. I have no picture or sound. When I plug my tv in and I power it on, one green light shows up and stays on, then an additional green comes on for approx 5 seconds then turns off. Immediately after the second green light turns off a blue light comes on for approx 3 seconds. I am out of ideas and have attached pics of my boards. Any help would be appreciated
