55EC930V white vertical line appeared (need help)

Dear All,

I have 7yrs old LG OLED 55EC930v. One day a white line appeared on mid of the screen. 10mins later it was disappeared. When turned on tv again it was appeared again. Currently when power on tv is clicking sound relay, LG logo illuminates, 3 seconds later clicking sound relay and tv goes off. Screen is black during this on off period. When trying with service remote(pwr on) , clicking sound, white vertical line appears on screen(drawing line from up to down) and clicking sound then tv goes off. Please see video below.
Please advice how to proceed and what is the problem?

That's a problem with the panel or the t-con. The tv goes in a protection mode, that is why the tv shuts off.

Thank you for your prompt reply. Here no one knows how to solve the problem, would you please advice any solution? Can I do something to understand the root cause is there a tutorial or instruction to check tcon or display?

The panel is bad. There is nothing you can do to fix it.

It’s seems to be a real common problem these days with panels shorting internally from shitty manufacturing.

One thing I know is to block the protection pin on LVDS cable, tv could Start again but will not fix any screen issue (in this case a vertical line how you said.
You have to look at the service manuel, when I remember the name was something like "burnt_det"
