tried with this file and got post for one time after that again blank screen/////i tried flashing the chip again and get same result ...it turns on and then display is blank

Hi.
Can someone help me? Thinkpad T15 Generation 1 - the laptop turns on, charges the battery, shows no image. I have tried many bios, it does not even turn on on another bios. Only on the original bios it turns on, but as I wrote without an image on the display.
The laptop does not go through the POST procedure after turning on. It seems to me that these may be damaged built-in RAM, but first I have to rule out damage to the bios.
Could someone check my bios, or maybe someone can post a bios that works properly?

I tried SPD but didn't work. Do you know other method to disable onboard RAM? I'm going to remove RAM IC from motherboard but afraid that it can damage the board because of the black glue underneath .
