Need Clean BIOS/EC Bin File for Lenovo ThinkPad Yoga 11e - Stuck with 0275 Error CMS

I am attempting a repair on a Lenovo ThinkPad Yoga 11e that is currently stuck at boot with the error: "0275 error CMS" even after setup new bios battery and will not allow me to enter the BIOS/Setup.

This is a critical issue that I believe requires flashing the BIOS chip directly using a programmer (e.g., CH341A/RT809H), as standard software updates or resets are not possible.

I have opened the laptop and identified the main BIOS chip for the reflash. I am specifically looking for a clean, unlocked and region-free BIOS and/or EC firmware dump (a .bin file) that can be programmed directly onto the chip.

The laptop is from the ThinkPad Yoga 11e series (I suspect a Gen 3, 4, or 5 based on the components).

• Location: Marked as U2501 on the motherboard.

2. Other Board Component Info (for model confirmation):

• A small daughterboard connector near the chip has the part number: 2H1703-27220F Rev. A

🚨 Request Details:

1. BIOS File: I need the Main BIOS (.bin) file for a working ThinkPad Yoga 11e that uses the MX25U6473F chip.
2. EC File (If Separate): If this model uses a separate EC (Embedded Controller) firmware chip, please provide that dump as well.

Type the laptop serial number, full name and model, motherboard model, etc.
post the contents of the bios/EC chip even if it is corrupted..
