I read 25rh256cxiq with NeoProgrammer and AsProgrammer (CH341A interface) 6 times. I have 3 bin identical. I choose W25Q256JW, MX25L25673G and W25Q256FV, because i dont find my bios - 25rh256cxiq. I think is ok.

Laptop alive.With CH341A programmer+wson8 6x8+NeoProgramer. But wson must be fixed to read/write. The process takes approx. 4:20 min for reading and approx. 8 min for erasing, writing and checking.
