Okay Try these files as well

I was out for few days.

Tested these bios, there is dell logo on screen and 3 times amber & 6 times white. Then i tried the esc + ctrl to update the bios its getting into loop. SMDFlea your kind attention.

Hi and Welcome to the forum! You also need to post a GOOD backup of yours BIOS chip
Read my post just above yours (Make 2 backups and compare them to be identical before posting)

Yes it works fine the BIOS with password, i cannot make any changes in bios. To reinstall OS i need to have another PC. May be Dell has locked ways for bios in latest update. Please provide another bios to check.

Your case is special and You said when you flash back your original BIOS file it works fine but it has the BIOS password right?

Now there are no amber or white lights showing but the laptop keeps rebooting multiple times once i get dell logo screen then it again reboots by itself.

Yes, lets ask. Even have changed the bios chip to new one for fresh install but its showing same symptoms.
