Sorry I have read the rules and also read the last link, I tried some online pwd with the method suggested for DELL without success.
I also posted the service tag after my first post, but I can't extract the BIN file as I mentioned

1st boot, press F2, write service tag, disable Absolute, Apply changes, restart. 2nd boot press Alt+F to exit manufacturing mode.

terrible situation, after uploading the bin file /erase, write/, the laptop is dead

I have erase, write and verified uploaded original bin, the laptop is dead, not turning on. The battery is charged. I tried disconnecting main battery, disconnecting the rtc battery, plugging in only the power source, the laptop is still dead, the charger takes 0.2A, the battery is 15.2V

it means your bios dump was faulty. You failed to read properly bios chipset.

thanks for file, but not work, i already try other 3 dump from forum, but still dead, only orange led indicator when press power button

check if you didn't remove any component around bios chipset while desolder it.

Be careful with the programming - use verification, erase the chip before flashing the unlocked dump.

check if you didn't remove any component around bios chipset while desolder it.

i use ch341a programmer

1. writes well even without 3,3V fix?
2. or maybe otp lb1, lb2, qe ? different procedure?

problem finded, main board go to hell i have other laptop with same bios and board name, i put old bios chip here and laptop start, but red green white - so flash chip is ok

can you please help me with unlock original dump?

Hello,
I have a Dell Latitude 5420 stuck on the Dell Security Manager message on startup, I can't do anything.
Here is my BIOS and what I assume is ME (32MB for BIOS and 1MB for ME).
If someone could remove my BIOS password for me so I can reflash it afterwards.
It's an 8FC8.
