According to the service tag in your dump it's a Dell Latitude 5420 Rugged.
Latitude 5420 Rugged, Latitude 5424 Rugged and Latitude 7424 Rugged Extreme share the same bios but not Dell Latitude 5420, meaning you are offtopic here, and you must find existing thread for your machine, or open a new one if there's no such. I'll remove attached bios in your post as offtopic.
