Hi, you initially said it got damaged when updating with a file from the internet... if that's the case, then the problem is still in the BIOS... look for files right here and try them until one works... you could also have damaged a resistor or capacitor near the BIOS chip... send a picture; I have a motherboard to see if any components were damaged....Leave a comment:

Hi everyone, can anyone help me? I need to put this file in MPM mode to add the DMI data for the new motherboard, but I haven't been able to do it because it seems this model saves a backup of the BIOS... and reverts to the original BIOS data on the first boot...

It works, brother, thanks again. Just so you know, with the method you used, the computer goes into a mode where you choose the motherboard version to install on, i.e., Dell Latitude 5440 or Precision 3480. Also, the Windows key is lost. I loaded it directly into the bin file, but when I tried to install Windows 11, it still asked for the key. I don't know what I did wrong, but it's a minor detail.
