Pls help me to disable the onboard ram i. I dont have any serial or model of this laptop. not visible at the back of the laptop. I will attached the original bios.
PROBLEM: has power but no display.

tried the new bios, and the unit only show black screen.

The issue with the old bios is BOSD in windows with memory code error.

Havn`t you tried reflowing the ram chip. Disabling ram in bios doesn`t work for some models.
