Dell 15-7570 Bios problem

My dell 15-7570 model laptop has a bios problem. It does not display with its own bios file. I get an image with the bios file I found here, but when I write servicetag and save, the image does not appear and it pulls around 1.20A and shuts down.
Anyone come across and solve it?

Problems with the bios I'm getting images from:

1 ) When I turn off the computer, it starts very late. If I press the power button many times, it just turns on.

2 ) As long as the bios battery is not installed, the device displays images at every boot.

but once the bios battery is inserted, it does not display again.

It pulls to 1.20 and shuts down and there is no image.
In order for the image to appear again, the bios battery must be removed and the adapter must be disassembled and re-plugged.

If I insert the bios battery while the adapter is plugged in, it continues to display every time I turn it on and off. but when I remove and plug in the adapter, I can't get an image again.

The original non working bios you posted is from an Inspiron 15 Gaming 7577 ,the OS it shipped with was Ubuntu

Service tag: C991QH2 .Is that the service tag on the case ?

The other bios you posted is also from an Inspiron 15 Gaming 7577 (win 10 OS ) ,its "initialised" which means the ME firmware is dirty, it will not work properly unless the ME firmware is cleaned.

What do you want, the original ubuntu bios or a different win 10 bios

I would be very happy if the original bios is fixed.

I cleared the me region of the device from which I took the image, but it still behaves the same. ( problem 1 and 2 persists even though the me area has been cleared. )

try this one.If there`s no change it could be a problem with the RTC circuit.

What do I need to pay attention to by checking where especially in the rtc circuit?

Dell Vostro 7570 charging problem

Hello

my 7570 is not charging

Battery detect ok
Charger detect ok

Test with other new battery same, other charger same ( 90w , 130w , 180w )

The batterie stay at the same volt with the charger but don't charge more , same with other battery

motherboard : CKA50 LA-E991P

Bat dat et clock 3v
and bat pres 3v with no battery, 0v with battery

Maybe bios problem ?
