i try to build clean ME region firmware with the tutorial. but i'm stuck,
i succeed to extract u52 ans u53 files, fusion them in one file, check ME region with uefitool : it is region 7
but i can't find ME region firmware (step 2 ) because in dell site i can only download EXE file and can't extract bin file with any tool : 7zip, rar or other.
can you help me please ?Comment

I bought a DELL Precision 3660 Tower Workstation from a second-hand seller. After bringing it home, I found out it was actually a testing unit. After extensive investigation, I’m at a critical stage involving EC firmware, BIOS/ME region interaction, and possible deep corruption. I'm seeking advanced insight from anyone with experience in EC/BIOS sync issues or PCH-level behavior. Here’s a full breakdown:

I have a Dell Precision T1650 MT workstation (of the following spec.) that was bricked yesterday when attempting to update the BIOS from A27 to A28 per:

Hi, Would anyone have a bios dump for a Dell Precision 5530 2in1 LA-F211P rev 1.0.
Following a failed bios, I had a new bios chip programmed with the the XPS 15 9575 2in1 LA-F211P rev 1.0, which the motherboard has identical model numbers, (having not being able to find a 5530 2in1 bios) however both in bios and os, the Vega graphics, and sound boards are not detected or installable, everything else worked fine. The only difference I can see is that although the motherboards are nearly identical is that they have slightly different CPU/GPU 8705g vs 8706g.
