LA-E991P +RTCVCC PROBLEM
I have an Inspiron 15 Gaming 7577 Model device. motherboard code LA-E991P Rev 1.0.
The problem with the motherboard is that when I connect the bios battery, its voltage drops from 3v to 0.8.
0.8v comes to the 2nd leg of DC2 and around 0.6v comes out from the 1st leg.
But when I remove the bios battery and connect the adapter, 3v comes from the 3rd leg and 3v comes from the 1st leg without any problems and the device works without any problems.
and when I connect the bios battery, the device does not start.

How can I test Dell Inspiron 15 Gaming 7567 vram?
I want to test it with nvida mats for my device mentioned in the title, but I was not successful. As far as I understand, I think I need to make the nvidia graphics card the first card. How can I manage to run vram test on this motherboard?
The error I get is: invalid register specified for this gpu
GPU Nvidia GTX1050 error code 43 -

Asus N550JV model motherboard won't start.
When the DC cable is plugged in, it draws 0.06 and the TPS51275 gets hot.
There is no 3VA/5VA short circuit, but voltages are not output.
(0.47V instead of 3VA, 3.8V instead of 5VA.) 3VAO/5VAO comes without any problem.
TPS51275 has been changed.

Replaced RT8205L and KB901122, the result did not change.
but I noticed that when I touch the EN (13) leg with the probe plus end, ALW comes back, but it doesn't start and goes away after a short while ALW voltages.
