According to your motherboard diagram, the no-vpro processor uses two bios:

    uc5 8mb
    uc6 16mb

You need to join the two files to assemble the biosrom.bin.
No, it is just one chip.

This quote is not for your case, it is for a Latitude 5400 non-vpro.

In your case #199, the bios is vpro 32mb, already sent.

Did you test it? Can you give me feedback on the test?

      Thanks

Hello everyone? Can anyone help me with this bios?. This is the original bios, now it won't turn on. I only know the machine information is: currently can't turn on the power.

Tried this one, but same behavior unfortunately.

Fan at max speed, keyboard backlight and caps lock indicator always on except when it fully restarts.

Same with this one. I have also tried replacing the ME region in the original dump as explained at https://winraid.level1techs.com/t/gu...lization/31277.

The processor is not getting warm and the coil near it has no voltage. The RAM voltage is OK. Battery doesn't appear to be charging.

              Any ideas?

                  Thank you.

Unfortunately I see no changes, but I have extra information: when I connect the battery and turn on the computer, after a while the LED on the front shows the following sequence: 2 amber, 1 white

According to Dell's manual this indicates CPU failure... can we exclude a BIOS issue or do you want to provide another binary I can test?

No, focus on finding hardware problems.

Thank you, your BIOS is working perfectly (and probably the other ones I flashed too).

The issue was indeed the CPU, which was actually being supplied with ~1V but appeared to be dead. I solved it with a proper reflow.

I hope this is helpful for anyone in the same situation.

And, for reference, here are some thermal images before the fix:
