Same with this one. I have also tried replacing the ME region in the original dump as explained at https://winraid.level1techs.com/t/gu...lization/31277.
The processor is not getting warm and the coil near it has no voltage. The RAM voltage is OK. Battery doesn't appear to be charging.
Any ideas?Comment

Thank you.
Unfortunately I see no changes, but I have extra information: when I connect the battery and turn on the computer, after a while the LED on the front shows the following sequence: 2 amber, 1 white
According to Dell's manual this indicates CPU failure... can we exclude a BIOS issue or do you want to provide another binary I can test?Comment

Thank you, your BIOS is working perfectly (and probably the other ones I flashed too).
The issue was indeed the CPU, which was actually being supplied with ~1V but appeared to be dead. I solved it with a proper reflow.
I hope this is helpful for anyone in the same situation.
And, for reference, here are some thermal images before the fix:

by jhanraHi there masters, recently i got a dell 5400 chromebook and wanted to install windows, i searched the internet and i found out other people also wanting a UEFI bios for this model, i searched there is a R/W legacy, but there are bugs like keyboard/trackpad not working, and hard to install.
so i decided to try to port one, this bios is based on dell 5400 windows version, i am testing this bios for a week now an found only a little to no bug at all in windows 10, or only a minor issue
in windows 11 sound driver compatibility, but overall its ok, for me i can deal with it, 😅😅😅...-

by TripTopHi
i have dell latitude E7270 with following symptoms:
- takes long time to restart.
- sometimes powers on and then off
- sometimes while working it just dies,
From googling online bios clean could possible resolve this?
i was able to save bios and was going to try bios clean myself but get an below error when i drop it in ME analyzer.(unsure whether this sometimes occurs or could be due to bad/corrupt bios)
As ME analyzer gave me an error i just decided to write bios with a cleaned bios from E7270 bios post.
I reinstall...-

by DavidChuncoHi, I hope someone can help me with this, my Dell G15 Ryzen Edition does not post anymore (black screen, no Windows boot, no BIOS screen) after Windows Update pushed what appears to be a buggy bios image, I've tried the following with no success:
- Receive help from Dell Support (it is out of warranty).
- Disconnect machine from AC power and battery overnight.
- BIOS recovery process
- Connected external display via HDMI
- Disassembled machine and found bios chip, its a Gigadevice 25LR128DSIG (GD25LR128DSIG), at first I tried to get it detected by CH341A (with...-
