This bios does not let me turn on the machine. Apart from that, I know that it is locked but when I press the button it only shows an orange charging LED and when I release it the LED turns off.

I had this backup from cyborg-L14 mb 203068-1. It is in dead condition. When I rewrite this bios with tested ok one, it always gets stuck with manufacturing mode and It returns back to same dead condition when i insert service tag and restart the laptop. Anyone can solve this problem???
How did you get out of this problem? I have a laptop with same issue help me out.
              Thanks in advance

Is it not giving TPM chip error?
