Hello board and all the friendly and polite people out there, who are willing to help a person who has come to a dead end.
My problem: a bios password that needs to be removed.

I've read the rules of this board.

                        # rule 1 "read the guides post".
                        I've done that.

                        # rule 2 "try the methods of the post"
I've tried the available options. (RCUnlocker and HPUnlocker)

                        # rule 3 "explain what happened"
Only HPUnlocker produces a correct file, the other one does not create anything (says wrong binary). But HPUnlocker created an bios _unlocked.bin.
reading and writing the file back to main bios (I didn't try EC bios), worked (verified by NeoProgrammer). After flashing I disconnect BIOS battery, waited 30 seconds, booted, but still password is requested

                        # rule 4 "Use search function in case someone already answered your request"
I tried but couldn't find a detailed turoial or something else. But this thread has many answers, but nothing is clear to me or is helping.

                        # rule 5 "Post under a related thread if it exists"
                        I use this thread here.

                        # rule 6 "post identifiers"

                        Laptop: HP EliteBook 840 G5
                        ProdID 5FT31EC#ABD
                        SN: 5CG8354TKB

                        I've attached the BIOS file.

Please let me know what I should actually do. I mean my BIOS file is already unlocked (hopefully), the chip has been written correctly (says the verification). Maybe I need to read/modify the EC chip aswell? Or do I need to press any specific keys? Please help me. By the way: I am usin CH341A programmer and CLIP adapter. I have no soldering station.

I cleaned the ME firmware as it was corrupted. Check your soldering again and make sure you havn`t blown any caps or resistors away around the bios chip
