Is it possible to patch BIOS on Lenovo Thinkpad P53s and P15s?
I have Sofi SP8-B programmer with SOIC SOP8 Test clip cable and SOP WSON SOIC VSOP SPI Flash 8p 1.27mm Probe.
I used these to patch BIOS on most Lenovo laptops like: x240, x250, x260, t440, t450, t460, t470, L13, 13 2nd gen, L380, L390, P50, P51s, P52s

Unfortunately I am not sure if ca can Patch BIOS on P15s, and P53s the same way.

Use the forum search, read some of the other threads and posts,then you`ll know if other members have managed it succesfully or not.Post #1 does say that up to 8th gen can be patched,although there is a way to patch a very very limited number of other later gen models by model type AFAIK.

After the patch, only 2 * 5 signals and that's it, with another patch it just turns off
X250 TYPE 20CM

while waiting for an answer, I figured it out myself. The patcher works on X250.
1. you need to clean the ME of the original BIOS
2. make a patch of a clean dump through the patcher
3. We solder and start the laptop, but at startup we must put on the cover or hold the S2 and S3 knobs with our hands, they are located near the card reader, see the boardview.
4. follow the instructions
5.return the original bios
