...it is not same problem i mean...because L13 have core 10gen+ and this is not unlockable with this solution.

You must start again. Flash original image and power on and go into locked bios. Then power off, then autopatch bios image (check for errors), flash it. Disconnect all batteries (main batt, second batt, bios batt). Press and hold small tamper swich on mobo...it must be pressed during whole process. Connect charger and wait...laptop will make some self reboots and then will maybe stuck on logo...no problem...power off and on and quickly press manytimes f1 for enter bios.
If it want pw, then fill any pw....and wait, then enter , wait and spacebar 2 times.

after this power off and flash back your stock backup

Worked perfectly on T560.
Disabled Supervisor Password and Computrace.

I used Windows10 with Python 3.8.0 64Bit.

The Auto-Patcher does not work with a Lenovo T510.
Only for 4th to 8th Lenovo generation.
The EEPROM Lenovo T510 is unlocked with the paper clip trick.
EEPROM U30 short pin 5 + 6
Google is your friend.

BTW your dump doesn't look good, so I'll suggest to read your bios chip again, and this time use verification, or you'll have a big problems (at step 8)!

On a Lenovo T440p there are two BIOS chips one 8MB and one 4MB.
Only the 4MB can be patched.
The left Chip U49 is the right one.
It's a Winbond 25Q32FVSI0 Chip
Believe me I've unlocked four Lenovo T440p already.

Some modern Lenovo devices, in order to work with the patch file, you have to remove the TPM chip or chip in order to work, and then you will install it
