The fan turns on in the 8mb you send, there is no image, with the 4mb from you, I have the image with 8mb, but it takes 15 seconds

SMDFlea Also, I worked for 35 minutes and turned off. I won't say for sure, maybe 35 minutes or 30 minutes.

Also no. The device is not soldered, not filled with moisture. Works properly for exactly 30 minutes.

power on start and 0.50 amp fan full speed no screen.

i also tried all and none of them worked. on some the fans start spin at max speed right after power is plugin and draw 1.5amp no display , on some after pressing power button power draw 0,40 amp no fan spin no display and im getting ram code from power led 3 white 2 amber when power draw is 1.5amp - not when power draw is 0.4 - ram slots looks ok and ram sticks are tested working

My Dell Inspiron 7559 arrived with a faulty hard drive and a swollen battery. I replaced the battery and hard drive. The device shuts down after 30 minutes of powering on. Can anyone help me resolve this issue? I've tried the main and supplemental BIOS solutions on the forum, but they didn't work. I'm attaching my own BIOS backup. When I looked at the device manager, I noticed that the "Intel Management Engine Interface" was missing. I've seen this device on working motherboards. Could this be the cause? I'd love to hear your thoughts.
