Panasonic CF-54 Bios Password

Hi. After programming, I got a black screen. The BIOS won't load. What did I do wrong? I'll try to write the original dump later and see if everything will return to the way it was before. Thanks for help.
p.s.
I used a ch341a with the microcircuit unsoldered.

Since I can not find the schematics of this board. motherboard: DL3UP2405AAA PANASONIC CF54 MK1.

thnak you sir for your help ! it worked still one question ! now de password is disabled so what can happen if i enabled the password form new seting ? will be the old password or it will ask to reset a new password ? just a question that i got on the fly
