Hi,

650 G3 is having issue as Capslock+Numlk flashing 5 times, then fan goes max speed, black screen.
When I captured bios dump from the bios chip, ME Analyzer got crashed upon tried to read ME info from it, I guess this means, that original BIOS is corrupt? I have attached it anyway as 650_G3_corrupt.zip
Then I have attempted to clean ME based on dump can be found at #17, and using 11.8.50.3470_COR_LP_C_NPDM_PRD_RGN.bin as ME Region.bin from the repository, then built up a clean BIOS.

After wrote clean ME BIOS, situation is the same with the laptop.

Is there a better BIOS dump You could suggest, I can try to flash? (or if I made any mistake while assembled BIOS clean ME?)

see what motherboard you have... look here on the site for a bios verified by someone else as being ok, with the same motherboard number, and clean the ME region

No, RCUnlocker definitely works with your model, check your bios flash process, solder the bios chip to the mainboard...

however the flash works. When I read the chip is it correctly written and there is no error during the operation
I flashed with my save and there are no beeps on startup

Does anyone know how to unlock additional BIOS settings?
i need to change the IRQ on the serial port from 5 to 4 however theres no option to do that in the BIOS.
It seems however that the desktop version of the BIOS does provide that feature.
