Why do you ask that? What problem do you have with your machine?

because before it turned on with difficulty sometimes you had to remove and reinsert the bios battery, now not even in this way

So what you are waiting for - try Peste's file, or the one at post #3 uploaded by Mcplslg123 it's confirmed working, and Peste's dump is virgin file extracted from Lenovo website, if the problem persist, obviously your issue is not bios related.
But before that check power button functionality. Is it working properly? 3.3 volts present on it? Does the voltage drop to zero when the button is pressed? Come ooooon these are basic things. Why haven't you checked them by now, instead of taking out the bios battery all the time, and relying on board auto-start functionality?

                          Lenovo B590 BIOS Help Requested

Hi, I could do with some assistance in finding the right BIOS for a Lenovo B590/LA58 11273-1.

The laptop in question corrupted its BIOS during a failed upgrade and, sadly, none of the original data seems to have survived.

I programmed an alternative BIOS that I found on here, which kind of worked - the laptop came back to life but the disc interface wasn't functioning. At this point I discovered that there were three different BIOSes for the same laptop, depending on the version, and I now had an H9 main BIOS but an H1 EC BIOS.

I assume that that means that I need an H1 main BIOS to go with the existing EC BIOS, but I can't find a copy of one of those. Lenovo publish a Zip file (h9et75ww.zip) and an executable (h9et84ww.exe - don't want to publish any unallowed links!) that both contain the three different versions, but I can't work out how to use what is in there to produce a programmable H1 file.

Even if the update fails, the bios is still there and cannot be lost until you arbitrarily write a strange bios into it.

I am attempting to remove the WWAN card whitelist from my Lenovo ThinkPad T560.

                                            • I have a CH341A programmer and have successfully created two full backups of my BIOS.
                                            • I have the ability to use command-line tools on a Linux machine.

                                            Hello,

I have a Lenovo Thinkbook 15 G2 ITL i5 Laptop (serial number: MP2BFZEF) that when I turn it on, the led on the power button lights up for 5 seconds, then goes out. There's no display and nothing happens.
So I thought it was a Bios problem.
I found 3 bios chips on the board, which I read with a bios programmer: two XMC model bios chips and a Winbond model bios chip. Each XMC model bios chip has two partitions named XM25QH128A [3.3V] and XT25F128A [3.3V]. And the Winbond model bios chip has three partitions named W25Q80BL 3.3V, W25Q80xV 3.3V and W25Q80DV 3.3V....

                                            Hello there.

I am working on a Lenovo Legion T5-26AMR5 desktop that currently has a corrupt BIOS and I have been unsuccessful thus far in trying to fix it myself.

                                            History:

                                            1. This computer came to me initially with an error message that said "BiInitializeLibrary failed 0xc0000001" or "0135 fan error". It would always be one of the two errors. It should be noted that when it produced the fan error, there was no physical problem with the fans. They were all spinning just fine.

I searched for this error online and discovered...

                                            Hello everyone,

I am attempting a repair on a Lenovo ThinkPad Yoga 11e that is currently stuck at boot with the error: "0275 error CMS" even after setup new bios battery and will not allow me to enter the BIOS/Setup.

This is a critical issue that I believe requires flashing the BIOS chip directly using a programmer (e.g., CH341A/RT809H), as standard software updates or resets are not possible.

I have opened the laptop and identified the main BIOS chip...

Lenovo IdeaPad 3 - Hard Disk not recognized in BIOS
                                            by mkdj
                                            Dear all,

I have recently fixed a Lenovo IdeaPad 3 15 ALC6 that was not booting due to a BIOS issue. After flashing the BIOS, the laptop boots up, but hard disk is not recognized in BIOS. Is says "Hard Disk : Not Installed". I have tried with 2 different drives (one that I know is working on another laptop) but I get the same result. I do not know if disks were recognized before I got the laptop and fix it, but I don't see any reason why not. I can boot on USB though.

Here the steps I have taken to fix the laptop:
                                            - downloaded latest BIOS from Lenovo Website...
