Dell Latitude 3440 2 Beeps Problem
Model: Dell Latitude 3440
Board id: DL340-HSW MB 13221-1 Rev: A00
Laptop produce 2 beeps. RAM is ok (replace and test). And i think RAM Slot is also ok. Board have 2 RAM Slots. All coils have voltage expect PL5101. DRAMRST has only 0.12V. BIOS flashing can't solve the problem. Need help.

PL4902 - 1.35V

PL4401 - 17V

Pin 1 - not stable ( 0.5, 1.3, 5.9 etc ... )

Pin 3 - 0.95V
Pin 5 - 2.87V
Pin 6 -... -
Can i use RT809F programmer to program IT8987E without using PEB-1? For example using jumper wires directly RT809F to IT8987E.Leave a comment:

1) Connect adapter and battery, VCC voltage on PU301 Pin 28 - 18.6V
2) Voltage on PD302 dual diode (3 legged SOT323 package); Pin 2 - 18.9V
3) Voltage on PD302 dual diode (3 legged SOT323 package); pin 3 - 8.29V
4) ACDET voltage on PU301 Pin 6 - 2.69V
5) ACOK voltage on PU301 Pin 5 - 3.3V
6) PL302 Pin 2 voltage - 0.86 volts (Without Battery with adapter) / 7.9V (With battery and adapter)
7) With adapter connected, VIN voltage value - 20.40V

Laptop can't turn on. Charging is ok. Connect with battery and adapter, charging light shows and charge. Power keys have voltage. But when press power key, laptop can't swith on. Testing with DC Supply, power comsumption is first about 0.240 Amp and then stop 0.160 Amp. BIOS flashing can't fix the problem. Need help.
