Here is the service tag: 85WX4S1-1D3B.
I tried with https://bios-pw.org/ but the given password does not work. I'm using Azerty keyboard, I tried to convert the password to Qwerty but that doesn't work either...
What to do ?

Unfortunately I don't have a US keyboard :-/... Isn't it enough to convert the AZERTY password to QWERTY?

use numbers from numeric pad, assure that numpad is activated and translate letters from AZERTY to QWERTY, give it a try. Ask a friend to borrow an USB US keyboard if it doesn't work or buy one, is cheap.

I was able to pass the system password!! In fact, I had to convert the QWERTY password to AZERTY for it to work with my keyboard (unfortunately in France, no one has a Qwerty keyboard so it's complicated to find...).
Well the problem is that now I'm stuck with the hard drive password, this story is really hell.... I don't understand what to do.
