hi everyone

so I have BIOS problem with Dell Inspiron 5559 with Service Tag: JC0M462.

"board Info: AAL15 LA-D071P Rev : 1.0(A00) 2015-07-06"

I have to add I replace the BIOS IC with new one, Because the old one can't read from or write to.
because of that I can't Read the old File.

IC name it's "winbond 25Q128FV" .

I already try all BIN file provided here so in general I facing 3 result:

1-machin turn on ,no screen , fan working full speed .
2- it's turn on ,no screen , slow fan speed ,but then after a few sec it's turn off itself.
3-totaly NO respond and do not do anything.

New Bin File do not have the original Tag Number.
