I think it is inside PCH file and the ite gets programmed each time machine gets stby power.

There is three problems now for this case. No one has been solved.
1- I need to have the KBC BIOS which I don t have.
2- I need to have the good programmer that can flash the firmeware on the KBC.
3- I need to know which pins should I connect the SIO, to be able to communicate with the KBC BIOS inside the SIO.

It seems that there is still no programmer that is able to flash the ITE8525E SIO chip.

Did you try the provided dump?
There is a good chance that the ITE is reprogrammed from the pch flash rom by mainboard and there is no need to program it manually.
There are ITE82xx programmers, but in this case i think it is not needed.
