Lenovo T14 Gen 2 Type 20XK Model 20XK0069US Odd Charging Issues

For Badcaps Readers, Please note that I am hopefully going to present this same message to Lenovo to see if they have any insight to the matter as well and figured to share the entirety here for clarification. The System is out of warranty as it is but does have the option to have it extended.

    Model Information: T14 Gen 2 (Type 20XK, 20XL) Laptop (ThinkPad) - Type 20XK - Model 20XK0069US
    Board: T14 Gen 2 (Type 20XK, 20XL) - Type 20XK.

    System Hardware:
Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 PRO 5850U
    Memory: 1x 16GB DDR4 3200 (Soldered on Board); 1x Crucial 32GB DDR4 3200 (CT32G4SFD832A)
    PCB: HT4B5 NM-D451 Rev 1.0

Issue: Lenovo Laptop does not properly charge and appears to fail after PS Ready in PD Communications.
Visual Symptoms: Power Button LED and ThinkPad logo on the back of the screen flash 3x. Would continue roughly 3-5 seconds after last attempt. Windows does not detect charger and the BIOS will detect the charger when able to charge using GaN charger at lower voltage prior to boot. LED charging indicator does not emit any light. Both USB-C Ports still function for data but were untested for Display Port 1.4a.
The Laptop was on and went into hibernation mode when the lid was closed. When the system was reopened and came out of the hibernation mode the system was fine. It was on battery at the time of this. When the OEM Lenovo charger that came with the system was plugged in when the battery got down to 20%, the laptop was plugged in but would not recognize the charger. It would flash the power button and the I in the ThinkPad logo on the screen 3x and then sit there. It would promptly do it about 10 seconds later unbeknownst to myself thing it was plugged in. I did proceed do so a system update including a Failed BIOS update that reverted back to the prior BIOS. I was ultimately able to get back into the system with less than 3% of power left and when I noticed the issue, I started comprehensive diagnosis and additionally reach out to those I know who have had the laptop and deployed them as mine was a Surplus unit I was given. They had not seen the issue at all, and also wanted to walk though some basic diagnosis steps that I had already done. I had also found a post on Reddit talking about AMD Lenovo USB-C issues that have been cropping up. https://www.reddit.com/r/Lenovo/comm...rious_ongoing/

So I have as of now a few weeks of off and on of running a comprehensive diagnosis of the system, even to the point of being able to get it to charge 3 times using my GaN dock was able to do powered up diagnostics. First and Foremost, considering that it was done from the failed BIOS update, I was able to successfully update the BIOS. This was done as the first step to ensure that the issue did not arise from the failed BIOS update. As of now Windows does not accurately report status of the system for charging/discharging. There have been times that I can recall from diagnostics that thinks its charging, but its status is "Discharging (with ac)" and then when it is charging that it’s not plugged in.
The OEM Charger does try to renegotiate the Power Delivery Protocol and just blinks as if it’s been reconnected repeatedly. My GaN charger hub with dual 65 and 100w outputs can deliver upwards of 55 watts at 14V/3.72A and 13W/3.25A and still doesn't trigger the charger light indicators. It’s also worth noting the system can has been tricked now 3 times to charge by using the GaN charging station by unplugging the charger after a few seconds and then replugging it back in.

Current Battery Status: 282 cycles at the start of the issue and system reports 47.48Wh of overall capacity remaining. After my diagnosis campaign, 285 cycles.

Diagnosis steps that I have already tried the following (Not in precise order):
    * The Lenovo Emergency Rest Button
    * Lenovo Quick Diagnosis unattended on Windows
    * Lenovo Quick Diagnosis unattended on BIOS/Recovery Partition
    * Reset the power management in Windows
    * Sat 30 minutes without battery plugged in
    * Sat 45 minutes without battery and BIOS battery plugged in.
    * Tested OEM Charger on both USB-C Ports
    * Tested OEM Charger on Intel T14 and it comes back as known good.
    * Tested OEM Battery from AMD T14 in the Intel T14 in a limited capacity and the battery would charge.
    * Tested New Third Party 65 Watt Charger on the AMD System with both ports and issue persisted. Charger worked on Intel T14.
    * Tested Lenovo Universal Thunderbolt 4 Dock (40B00135US) on both ports
    * Tested 400W Rocoren 10-Ports USB-C GaN Charging Station with mixed luck on both 100W and 65W outputs (I have been able to get it to charge 3 times. First at 14V at 3.72A; Second and Third at 13V and 3.25A). Tested on both ports
    * Disable Battery in the BIOS
    * Windows PE Recovery Environment via USB
    * Ubuntu USB Boot with SSD Installed (with and without Crucial 32GB DDR4 installed)
    * Ubuntu USB Boot without SSD Installed (with and without Crucial 32GB DDR4 installed)
    * Boot into Windows without Crucial 32GB DDR4 installed.
    * Visual inspection of both sides of the main board and didn’t detect any abnormalities.
    * Visual inspection to ensure both USB-C Ports are clean.

    Diagnostic steps untaken:
    * Probing circuitry with multimeter during attempted Charge as I don’t have fine tipped leads and using a $30 meter from Amazon.

Has anyone else run into this issue? More particularly, have any of tech's here seen a scenario like this. From my comprehensive diagnosis that I am able to do as I don’t have a microscope or Hot Air Reflow station. I am certain that it is in fact a hardware issue and about 99% certain that the issue is within the charging circuitry.
I have provided below copies of my PD Analyzer Recordings and charging logs captured from a Power-Z KM003C. Also I have provided a few photos of the board itself that I had taken.
