EC firmware can be extracted from main BIOS backup, read main BIOS chip and attach it compressed as .zip or .rar

This board comes in several configurations, some with soldered UFS storage, some with NVMe, etc. even within boards that have NVMe (and same HP spare part number, go figure) there's differences, you have to match the original BID otherwise it won't work

08bb8 is not the same as 0b88b

Try "not clean ME" first, BIOS ver. F.10
I see that it was a failed update from F.10 to F.26, if it boots update with .exe from HP website in steps: first to F.16 then to F.26

Try changing the ram configuration , sometimes it can get past the bootloop. If it`s been upgraded to 16GB take it back to 8GB and see if the update completes , or if it`s already 8GB change for a different one

Hi, thanks for answer , i have tried with both dumps, with the first one "not clean me " it gives me the screen of cmos checksum is invalid, then i press enter to reboot, but when it restart it came with no picture , the other dump does not wark , it gives me no picture

The Clean ME BIOS should work, you have to give it some time to boot, more than 10 minutes in some cases, after that it should boot quickly
Make sure to remove the battery if you haven't done so already
