EagleEye motherboard (Zotac Rebrand) Bios assist needed

Hello, newbie here. please be gentle :P

I have been lurking these forums for a while trying to figure out how to get into this motherboard's bios. Hopefully to repurpose it as a general workstation. Unfortunately my bios chip reader is still in the mail, but i have managed to get windows 7 running on it and was able to make a backup of the bios.

Strangely it shows in CPU-Z as a EMBM315B02.

From what i can tell its a rebranded Zotac H87ITX-A-E missing wifi pigtails, and missing usb 3.0 internal header. I was half tempted to just order on ebay the bios chip and slap it in. Glad I didnt though. according to CPU-Z, its using an H81 and not an H87 chipset.

Currently there is a password on the bios. I have cleared CMOS dozens of times to no avail, and removed/replaced the bios battery. password remains every time. I have gone looking through the bios dump i made but nothing is really standing out to me, but then again, im all thumbs to bios modding.

    Thanks in advanced.

Did you ever figure out the password? I recently pulled out an EagleEye server that utilizes the same motherboard. I tried pulling the battery as well and a couple different utilities to no avail. All the EagleEye software is quite locked down I've found working on it in the past so it doesn't surprise me they hardcode the BIOS password on their hardware too.
