I have a Gigabyte 6-77-NH50HP00-D04-5C. The device does not start. I downloaded a BIOS file from another forum and installed it. The device started with the file, but cannot find an NVMe SSD in the BIOS. A data storage device on a SATA port or USB stick is detected. In the BIOS, the ME firmware version is 0.0.0.0. TPM is also not available. Here is my original BIOS. Can anyone help me?

Thank you tuyen821991. I have looked at the files. These are the files from the Gigabyte support download. I also have these, but the device does not work with these files only, because there are regions missing that have to be transferred from the original file. Not all areas are rewritten during the BIOS update. Can anyone help me which address ranges need to be transferred from the original BIOS file? Thanks to the communityComment

I have now found another BIOS file and tried it out. The device works with this file and the ME firmware is also available. Unfortunately, my NVMe data carrier is not recognized on either of the two ports. What could be the cause? The disk works in other devices.Comment

by DynaxSCHi, I have an MSI PRO B660M-G DDR4 board with damaged BIOS and i need a bios dump from a real board, along with MAC, UUID and Serial Number info (eg. a BIOS screenshot and pictures from the board stickers).
I need to reconstruct the bios on my board, based on another bios image form a real board - meaning a bios image containing MAC address, UUID and Serial number. A stock BIOS is not suffiecient, as it is impossible to discover where the MAC, UUID and SerialNumber are stored. Tried with a similar board, but there are too much differences, and the stock BIOS is missing a lot of...11-17-2023, 10:56 AM -
Vizio e601i-A3 - Has Sound and Display, But No Backlight - Bad Power Supply Board or Bad LED Bulbs ?by Tynan DillI was given this TV from my great uncle. He said it just wouldn't turn on one day out of nowhere, replaced the TV, and gave it to me to possibly fix and use for myself.
Upon bringing it home and plugging it up, it showed a standby light.
I powered it on and without a flashlight, the display showed the "V" but the lighting is very dim, but visible.
The screen seems to blackout and stay black, but with a flashlight I can see the display.
With my Playstation 4 connected via HDMI, and running a game I can hear sound.

by Forest79Hello,
I got a Lenovo ThinkStation P520 (Type 30BF) from a friend, asking me for a repair. Windows 11 offered a firmware upgrade as an optional update, and it failed.
The emergency flash procedure from the hardware manual has also failed. So, I asked an acquaintance with better skills to flash the BIOS directly.
However, the chip (a Macronix MX25L25673GMI-08G) has a size of 32 MB, and the BIOS file from the Lenovo website (extracted with UEFITool) has a little more than 16 MB. Thus, the software my acquaintance used (SiberiaProg v1.45, with a CH341A Programmer)...-

by maanee11Hello Everyone,
I have Thinkpad T560 Which has corrupted BIOS. I have acquired Ch341A SPI flasher to program the BIOS externally. I see that to program the BIOS, i need a bin file for the BIOS. I was able to extract the .exe file of BIOS from Lenovo given here in this link:
https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/au/en/p...me=BIOS%2FUEFI
In the extracted files, I see that BIOS containing file has extension .FL1 and I need to extract or convert it...-

Hello to all of you! I need help with a BIOS file.
The BIOS chip is fried on my Asus F542UN laptop, and I bought a new chip that needs programming. I have a CH341a programmer but I need a .bin BIOS file. On Asus support page the firmware has another extension, .310 and from reading on this forum I understand that that file is not complete BIOS.
So, in short I need the "complete" BIOS .bin file to flash on the new chip. Another issue is that on back of the case the label says F542UN but on the sticker on the motherboard it's X542UN.-
