Thanks but think there is something wrong with this BIOS.

When I program the BIOS, the laptop will not come on at all or show a power or charge light and is completely dead , but as soon as I put the old BIOS back on it, it responds as it did before. So think there is something wrong with it.

There's no such thing, it's the full bios from HP.
