M715q Desktop (ThinkCentre) - Type 10M3 - Request bios chip location and useable bios for use with CH341A Programmer.

My pc updated bios through Windows Update and I was greeted with BLACK SCREEN WITH CPU FAN MAX SPEED. I don't think there is even a screen signal, because it triggers my monitor for a couple seconds and then the monitor turns off. I tried the other outputs as well.
    1. I tried clearing bios, resetting bios, removed the CMOS battery, removed m.2 ssd, wifi, and ram. Still black screen with CPU fan blasting.
    2. I tried using the Lenovo BIOS CD and BIOS USB, but neither worked. At least I couldn't get anything to work.
    3. I could only locate two chips that look like bios chips. Could someone verify this is the correct chip and location?
      1. WINBOND 25Q64FWSIQ 1715 was under the cpu fan, and is the only one that could be read by ch431a programmer. (File is attached.)
      2. WINBOND 25Q80DVSIG 1719 is right next to the CMOS battery, and cannot be read by the ch431a programmer. (Tried NeoProgrammer 2.2.0.10, ASProgrammer 2.0.4, and ASProgrammer 2.1.0. Tried many many times.
    4. I only found one post about this model and it scared me off by talking about serial numbers and Windows keys being tied too the bios. So, I don't think I should try someone else's bios.
    5. Info
      1. Machine: Lenovo Thinkcentre M715q M903
      2. S/N: MJ06B60D
      3. Board model number: AM4IH ver: 1.0
      4. CPU: AMD A12-9800E
    6. Here is the LINK to Lenovo Bios page for my PC using S/N:
      1. https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/us/en/p...ry=BIOS%2FUEFI
        1. The file that I get from the USB Download (m11jt56usa.zip attached below) is a ROM file (IMAGEM11.ROM). Programmers need BIN files. Am I mistaken that I could just rename the ROM to BIN and flash it? The programmers can read and write the BIN.
BONUS Info: I had two sticks of ram installed (8gb x 2) and the bios and Windows only read 8gb. BUT, windows read 2 sticks in single channel. Verified with HWINFO. I was hoping the bios update would fix the issue.
