Question please I don't have this laptop, I have a friend asking me if absolute persistence can be removed from this model?
there is no password on the bios but absolute persistence is active. I don't have the S:N.

Is it easy to fix? He seems to think not so I thought I would asked first. Thanks.

Thanks hoaca388, I will get him to drop it off, I didn't want to say yes I can get it sorted and them have to tell him no I cant. it is what it is, can only try.
Will uploads the bios with S:N in a few days or so.

use this for unlocking it's clean it should boot to all 640 g10 Flash Both.
first boot press f10 apply factory defaults and restart 2nd boot reset security settings to defaults exit.
use bcu

thank you. With your files laptop won't start (5xblinks caps lock), I cleaned ME but same thing, but ... with your EC file and and older version of bios (V75 ver.1.02.03) with clean ME I was able to put it in MPM mode and clear Admin password. Thanks again!
