I have a G14 GA402RK that I (stupidly) changed the wrong settings on and now does not post. I changed the SOC power and the Above 4G MIMO limit.
The device fans will ramp up and down as the temp rises, and the keyboard lights up, but the nothing else happens. It also powers up when plugged into the AC power but not USB or battery power. All of this makes me think it still works, I just need to slap a new BIOS on it.
I tried identifying the IC with a CH341A programmer, but I could only find the GPU BIOS. I also read somewhere on this forum that Asus has used multi-IC BIOS solutions in the past, which makes this more fun for a newbie like me.
Attached are pictures of the board, and the code behind the RAM slots which I think identifies the motherboard. If anyone can help me identify the BIOS IC and how to burn the new image on it if it's not a standard 8 pin IC, I would be very appreciative. Any and all help would be appreciated actually.
