repair my surface pro 4 because my touch is not working

Hello,
i tried the last 3 days to repair my surface pro 4 because my touch is not working.
I think i tried all the different possibilities from here. Thanks to all of you.

I have a few last questions.
1. Is it possible to repair the touch with special bios ?
2. How can i get my own bios ?
3. I dont find my ime 11.0.11.1006 to download, only for money.
4. I put all edited bios on a bootable usb stick and start it, something happend but the problem is the same, no working touch.

I will very thankful for an answer.

Is the laptop bootable into windows,have you tried installing any updates.

Yes its bootable into winows. All updates are installed. It works fine but without touch

after a looong search i think i found the right bin file and i modified it for my surface pro 4.

I take it on a bootable usb stick and run it.

My touch still not working. What do i wrong !?

Anyone an idea.

thanks for your answer.

I have no oriinal bios. I dont now how to get it. Need i a spi prorammer ? Is an USB programmer possible?

i tried it with fptw64 at cmd. But it failed.

At my uefi IMe is 11.0.11.1006. I found a similar bios and i modified it like here discribed.
Now the bios looks like the picture in an other post. But if i use it at a bootable Stick something installed (change). But the touch not working
Maybe its a Hardware mistake. Then i stop my and your efforts.

maybe its possible to look at my modified bin file above a last time.

My surface pro 4 i5 8GB 256 GB 1724. The touch is still not working.
My IME is 11.0.11.1006. Whats the different between this file and an original bios ?
Is it the serial nr. of my device ? I tried to change the serial nr. by hex editor. But no working touch.
I only wanna know it.

I have that same problem. The original bios was damaged during the update. Surface ME device cannot start and update. I can't open bios file with FIT.

Only with an SPI programmer.

I used my serial programmer and I have BIOS, but its saying it doesn't not contain contain Intel Engine Firmware. Nor ISHC.
Any suggestion what I need to do with this BIOS. Serial Number are correct.

I did it, I program BIOS, all good except touch, I Restore, update, no touch and only still Failed Update on ME, needs to restart and it is same after restart and for Touch same, need restart and after restart its need restart. See pictures. If I can program directly the fw I would do it, but looks like there is no way. Maybe MS doing this to increase sell for new tablets...
