Dell XPS 13 9365 - LA-D781P bios

Hello guys!
can someone help to repair or to make a good bios file for my xps 13 9365 2-in-1,
the laptop turns on and the keyboard lights up for 2-3 seconds, then turn off again,
I already tried 2 bios and flashed them but I am still having the same problem, I read that it needs the bios to be specific for my device and to has the service tag inside of it to work, I hope someone can help to flash the right bios

Have you check power rail for the system. Are you sure it's BIOS issue??

"Yes, the power is reaching the device. I suspect it's the BIOS because I saw the same issue on a forum, and it was resolved by reprogramming the BIOS."

Laptop has no display , processor warm .
