Help to identify an smd component 330 2R0

I haven't worked with electronic components in years and some of the current smd's are difficult for me to identify. In this case, is it a capacitor? which measures 4.5 x 7.4 mm. and is 1.9mm thick.
The text on it is: 330 then comes a logo and follows 2R0 and below G39.

Can you help me to identify it?

This is to order the spare part because this one has a short circuit and the encapsulation is open.
    Thanks in advance.

Appears to be a 330uf tantalum cap.

Does it have 2 leads (top side & bottom side) ?

Then it is a capacitor. Post more pix from the other side of the part.

An complete view of this small motherboard.
Fron the information posted by J_R (thanks) I assume my cap has to be ECASS‐331E09 and triyin to get some on Google I only find the flier with the specs.
Could some of you teach a newby how to purchase a cap with this specification number, please?

Re: Help to identify an smd component

I have spent a few hours searching for this component. Digi-Key, Mouser, Farnel have them but they have to be imported into Europe:
                  https://www.digikey.es/es/products/d...AzGgjAlIC6AvkA
                  https://www.mouser.es/ProductDetail/667-EEF-SX0E331XE
                  https://es.farnell.com/en-ES/panason...917/dp/2358262
Considering a purchase of 10 units, the cost of shipping, import costs and VAT exceeds 60 U$.
Neither Ebay nor Amazon offer me alternatives.

Importing from China is an option, but the supply of
Aluminum Organic Polymer Capacitors is closed to only some values, 100 uF.
                  Coul use instead a Tantalum capacitor ? v.g. https://tinyurl.com/bdzczzkj
                  Thanks in advance

Re: Help to identify an smd component

Hi. Important factors for selecting this component are:

                    a) physical size. So you can solder back onto the same and pads with ease. The replacement appears to be a drop in replacement as the datasheet shared by @R_J.

                    b) the capacitance. It is the same.

                    c) the rated voltage. It is the same.

                    d) the ESR value. The lower the better. Lower ESR means higher current can be supported without damage. Respectively, too low of current support will damage the part as the switching power rail turns on / off during normal operation. This Panasonic replacement is a valid match. The AliExpress is rated at 5-6 ohms for the ESR so is not suitable. The Panasonic replacement is about 6 milli-ohm.

                    Arrow shows stock:

                    https://www.arrow.com/en/products/ee...nic?region=nac

What is the max dollar / euro value you can import without extra fees? Do you have to pay VAT on all purchased goods?

We have a free world-wide shipping account with Arrow. Can try to send to you by drop shipping it with FedEx.

Let us try if it makes sense. Send me a PM if interested.

Arrow is the real deal and will not be a fake part.

Re: Help to identify an smd component

The cost begins to rise when considering import taxes (perhaps avoidable due to the low cost of the merchandise); import cost fee (minimum € 6 for anything) and shipping costs (DHL, FedEx and UPS).
To the resulting total, 21% VAT must be added.
                      So 5 units (5 x € 1.12 = € 5.60); shipments = € 14; VAT = € 4.12 .... total = € 23.72 (27 U$). Then add the curier cost and the bill rises to near 50U$.

Arrow also works in Europe and I have a processor and a request that if I have not misunderstood, it costs me 13.90 U $, which I think is acceptable for 5 capacitors Panasonic EEF-SX0E331XE.
I await the progress of the order.
Thank you for your willingness and I hope I can correspond in a similar way in another case, but I want to learn to be able to collect the components, if possible in my environment.
Customs are a pain in the neck.
Thanks once more for your collaboration.
                      Merry Christmas

i ordered stuff from digikey, above 50 euro is free shipping, add VAT according to your country, is added at the checkout, very simple. Import duties are handled and covered by digikey itself. So no headache.

Grab ifixit tool kit to inflate to minimum of 50 euros, or whatever.

Thaks for the help. I've been sollecting information aboutr import rules:
                            Product value Commercial shipping
                            • From 0 to 22 euros --> No duties or VAT are paid
                            • From 22 to 150 euros --> VAT is paid
                            • More than 150 euros --> VAT and a minimum tariff of 2.5% are paid

                            So, better to be below 22 € (25 U$).

Thanks to all of you and Merry Christmas.
                            Be good. stay safe

Since 1st July 2021 in all EU countries VAT has to be paid even for products below 22 €, but the VAT is collected by the seller for B2C.
