Lenovo 330 NM-B671 after HDMI cable connect no video , self restart by 10 seconds

hello.
Have this Lenovo 330 NM-B671 that after HDMI cable connect, restarted to no video and self restart by 10 seconds

i have all voltages except CPU core and iGPU voltage.
I noticed that chipset is heating up very quickly. So i think it is burned

dont have schematic so dont know where is hdmi connected
