MacBook Pro 13" A2289 No Power

Hello brothers and sisters! Did a few repairs on the board and it turned on recently then it died. We threw it in the Ultra Sonic cleaner (previous water damage board) then it turned on. After a day or two it seems it completely shut off and wont boot.

I get a reading on the USB Tester at:
    20.3V
0.28A rises to 0.89A then to 1.13A then resets back to 0.03 Amps and repeats the cycle. The board gets hot on the left side but the GPU seems to not have any heat, we are assuming the GPU may have a bad cap. It appears to be no Board Views for this board online so we are going off of what we see.

Side note: Replaced the battery with another OEM (new battery) and replaced the battery cable connector as well. So two new components. Before the other component (cable) would only let the computer get to 20.0V and only go to 0.28A and no more. After replacing the cable it cycles up to 1.13A. Any suggestions? Also we are going to be broadcasting live with this board soon when all the equipment comes in

Hi SMD, we have the schematics but not the board view for this actual board. We need that to repair it. I am certain it can be repaired fairly quickly once we have a board view. In the mean time we are swinging in the dark sadly. Thanks for your fast response btw!

This is a 13" machine, it does not have a dedicated GPU.
        820-00850 is somewhat similar.
It's not clear if current consumption is measured with or without battery.

But I will run that board view and see what we can find

Do you fix it or find Boardview file?

Still no boardview available, only parts placement diagrams at the end of the schematic PDF. They are better than nothing but very frustrating to use, I have been referring to the 820-01987 sch/brdview which are available, seeing as a lot of that board is the same or similar to the A2289 / 820-01598
