    Samsung NP350V5C boots directly to bios

    I have Samsung NP350V5C laptop that boots directly to bios. I have removed keyboard and all peripherals, cleaned the board but it always starts up to bios only. Even after exiting bios it restarts again into the bios.

    This can be happend after defective HDD
    check HDD or try to boot from USB

      It's normal behaviour on a lot of UEFI systems when there's no system to boot. (no storage drive, no UEFI bootloader, or boot menu entry missing)

        go to bios then check all the peripherals there including the hdd sdd or boot device unchecked the secure boot.. try legacy boot if you have a brand new hdd. or try to reset it using load default settings.. then reboot.. check also the bios rtc battery 3v .. gud luck

          That's what happens with my MSI B450 Tomahawk, the first desktop motherboard I own that does this, IIRC.

            in bios see h.d.d ?
            check also keyboard \ sidconect it ( maybe any key is press or damage keyboard )

              You guys it still does this with a working, or blank or even an OS installed hard drive in there. I have removed the keyboard, reset the bios to defaults and it still does this. I have even taken it apart and cleaned the board with alcohol and it still happens.

                did u check if u have hdd in bios as u have been asked?

                  Yes I have tried different hdd and they all show up in the bios including odd. It boot loops into bios always.

                    I have same fault with Samsung 350v .
                    I tried same ways but I can't solve it..any has some suggestions..
