Hi, I am working on a Hp Hp 24-b029C All-in-one & motherboard in it is DA0N83MB6G0 REV: G.. There is a shorted ceramic cap right in the start of this board. Next to the DC-in jack on the positive terminal there are two ceramic capacitors, one of which is blown. They are parallel to each other on the same rail & the other pin of these caps is soldered to ground. The other cap which is good, meter capactence value measured 22uF. My question is will the other also be 22uF as the size is the same & identical, & since this Hp All-in-one works on 20v 6.5amp power adapter so I am assuming that 25V caps will be good enough for replacement & can anyone figure out the value of the blown cap. Any help will be appreciated.
