hi
after i repair the laptop , the laptop power on for 3 sec and off and power on again and off , i try to flash main and ec bios but nothing change

any idea please .

NO CPU COR

1.5VP is missing comes from pu6 RT8207M vdd on pin11=5v

Its better if you mention mb code and attache schematic, if available. Check whether you are getting 3VS and 5VS after switching on.

motherboard model Q5WV1/Q5WS1 compal LA-7912P
there is 3VALW=3.4v AND 5VALW=5v
and i have 3vs and 5vs from pu21 pu22
but 1.5v is missing .

Check enable signals S5 and S3 on PU6.
Measure resistance to ground on +1.5VP.

Check PU6 pin 7 8 9 10 11
PQ24 Drain 19+B , test PQ24/25 for any short, remove one pad of PL 9 and test the resistance both sides

pq24 drain=0.14v
no short in pq24 and 25

side read 334 ; side no reading no buzzer .

PL8 both should be 19+V this voltage comes to the Drain of PQ24 , if the Drain is 0.14V you have to trace it back check pc68/69 caps for short

sory i make a mistake
i check again the voltage on pq24 drain i found 19v but no 1.5vp in the source .

i have RT8207 but is not Appropriate.
