    Hi,

so, the customer changed the display without pulling the battery first.

result: everything works fine, but no backlight on the display.

so what should i do, what should i test first?

    thx in advance

p.s.: im an advanced beginner, so please be patient with me

          come on!

check voltage on every pin on the LCd connector make a photo and mark pin 1
Just cook it! It's already broken.

            But the image comes up?

As ricoh said post voltage of all pins on LCD connector and carefully check around for burnt components...(best is to use microscope, if you have any)
