do you have a boardview? or schematic?
considering the distance its similar on the pad i can assume is the same value like the one on top. esr meter will confirm the capacity and if you power the card you can probe the pads and see if every cap nearby has the same voltage.Leave a comment:

i have no documentation but if you fix the problem before then you can take that out and see what voltage comes there and from, where does it go, to what component and what values it needs to have.
You know it comes there with 12v and it goes to and ic with 3.3v because the specs on that ic on that pin says MAX 3.3v.
You try to find what it needs to do from where it comes from and where it needs to go.
i`m similar stage but i need a soft wire brush in order to identify pins. Pass over the PCB to find with continuity....Leave a comment:

Lift one side of all the coils and write back the resistance on VRAM and Vcore.
check mosfets and see what type you have.
You must identify where the gate comes to the mosfet. Usually its UGATE and LGATE.
If moasfet has 12v then you have a problem where the gate comes from.
I suspect they are DrMOS. sometimes a DrMOS can short the whole trace to ground. that will be hard but doable.Leave a comment:
