    3.5 mm headphone jack missing

    Hi guys,
I purchased used MSI GE 73 Raider laptop used from a guy. When laptop came home I noticed that there is no "golden circle connector" on the headphoner jack (pic below).
I contacted the seller, he told me like it was there and it probably fell off.
I am not dumb, is he lying to me or it is possible that in the shipping it really fell off?
Oer laptop is missing whole connector.
The headphone jack works normally,I have tested it with headphones.

Okay, so I am probably missing 3.5 mm stereo hedphone jack inside I guess.
    Can it be replaced?
Is it universal for all laptops or I need to search for this specific MSI one and solder with technician guy?

There are several models of headphone jacks, you need to open the laptop to check if it's similar

Yes, it needs to be soldered, you may ask your local laptop technician/repair shops, they may have a dead motherboard with the same connector as yours

From another MSI laptop motherboard i think, can be different model but uses the same audio jack, as long as the connector looks the same it should fit
The one you linked above may be the same, check the motherboard first

RCA WHP141 wireless headphones wired up
            by momaka
OK, this one dates back to 2015! I thought I had posted this, but realized I didn’t when I posted a picture of something else. So here it goes…

Back in 2015, I bought a pair of RCA WHP141 wireless headphones at Micro Center for $2. I even mentioned it in the best cheap/free scores thread right here. Just forgot to follow up with that.

As mentioned back then, these are (were) 900 MHz FM wireless headphones. No modern day Blutooth or anything like that. I knew they wouldn’t be great headphones or even that good… but the price was right! So let’s take...

Samsung UN55FH6030CXZA main board USB jack indentification
            by valvashon
Samsung UN55FH6030CXZA main board, BN41-01894, bad USB jack. Jack is mangled and needs replacing with like. Jack is marked "Simula" with the number 130318. Search for Simula turns up a weak looking website of a company that seems/seemed to supply USB jacks and other USB technology but no current items turn up for sale.

I should be able to research and find something applicable through a Digi-Key search after I unsolder/cut out this one and measure the mounting/pin connection pattern on the board but I thought I'd ask here to see if anybody knows of an exact make/model...

Lenovo T440s Replacement Headphone Jack source?
            by ratdude747
Tore town my Lenovo T440s to see if I could find a compatible 3.5mm headphone jack... No dice. Very common failure from what I've seen online.

Pics attached. Didn't find anything on eBay or digikey... Did find a reference to a currently-deleted AliExpress listing but obviously that's of no help....

            820-02020 PPBUS_AON missing
            by ugamazing
Board had no history of liquid; unsure of drop history, but no signs of damage of any kind worth noting.

Charger sitting at 5v/0a. PPBUS is at 1.9v-0.9v steady cycle (peaks, drains, loops). Confirmed CHGR_EN_MVR is missing, but DCIN was reaching ISL just fine, so replaced ISL--no change at all. Confirmed pp3v8_aon is also missing--and being unsure *exactly* which signal appears first (or if they are simultaneous), I inspected PMU/U8100 area and found no shorts, but also found PP3V8_AON_MPMU_ISNS_VIN missing (not shorted). Replaced U8100 just in case (have had them fail in weird ways),...
