On bios show the SN of the battery....

Battery SN is a good sign that the SCL / SDA lines are working as they should. The BMS inside the battery module is spitting out the requested information by the EC. Good.

Remove all power. Review the resistance across PQ1001. Being a N-channel mosfet (AON6414), the gate pin must be higher than the voltages being passed between source / drain pins on the same mosfet to ENABLE. Anything lower will leave this mosfet as OFF.

Meter in resistance mode, check the resistance across the mosfet pins:

      source & drain
      source & gate
      gate & drain

      Post each measurement.

Voltage on gate pin of PQ1002/1003 is not reported so far.As a basic checks must be checked.

Hi again! It's OL in all cases...

          source & drain = OL
          source & gate = OL
          gate & drain = OL

The problem i see is the voltage on the gate and source of PQ1001, are 5,85V. If i desolder the mosfet, the volatges are the same on these 4 pins of the board, 5,85V. And no short on PC1005... And i replace these mosfet but nothing different....

in auto... the sense of the meter tips doesn't matter right?

Anyway, i isolate the PQ1001, it's not the problem. The problem is the 5'8V of BQBATCHG, i dont know if is a good value... These voltage go to source and gate of the PQ1001, and do the vale of BATCHG+ be the same 5'8V

Thanks again for your support...This is the question, why the gate of AON6414 didnt be activated... I post the voltages of BQ738H, i hope it helps to resolve this question:

Check PR1002. Measure the voltage to ground on each side of this resistor with only the battery. It should be the same voltage as charger pin # 11.

At ~18 volts, this N-channel mosfet should be enabled.

With no power, check the resistance of this resistor.

The voltages of PR1002, with only battery, is 17,6V and 17,3V. The resistance is 200K ohms. The mosfet is 17,3V on gate and 11,5V on source. The problem still being to charge the battery....

Review the low side battery charge mosfet @ PQ1007. Pin # 15 on the charger IC (gate voltage for the low side mosfet) remains at 0 volts for each of the cases? This is not correct when the charger is expected to charge the battery since it will be toggling on/off to create the charge voltage from the high Vin from the power adapter.

Confirm pin #15 is not shorted and that it is reaching the gate of the low side mosfet.

Yes, PIN15 it's 0V in all cases. I confirm that PIN15 is not shorted, but when i plug the AC or battery, it shows me 1ohm resistance to ground... And yes, these PIN15 and gate of PQ1007 are connected, tested with mulitmeter.

Never measure resistance with power to the board.

remove all power and check the resistance of this same mosfet as before.

                              source & drain
                              source & gate
                              gate & drain

                                Resistances of PQ1007:

source & drain = 350K ohms and uploading..
                                source & gate = 1,7K ohms
                                gate & drain = 0.8M ohms

but if I reverse the tips...OL in all cases

I replace these pair of mosfets (PQ1007 and PQ1006) twice...

I replace, again, the BQ IC charger. For 4th time... And it seem it charge, the voltage of PIN 15 is present. Windows don't animate the battery icon, but increase the percentage of it. Don't estimate the full charge time, but it seems is charging.....

Review the SMBUS lines on the battery connector. If they are not active, the missing details will not be visible. The gauge is based on the SMBUS traffic.
