Bios for this model (5420) and for this mobo (LA-K491P) is unique for each service tag?

I tried with several bios of this thread but any is working, that is the reason for the question.

I found cpu IC has damage and PROCHOT signal is LOW, so, I think is not a bios issue, I´ll continue checking signals.

I tried several bios of the thread but nothing is working for me, power led turns on for 15 seconds, lights on keyboard, and turn off, a cycle.

Attached bios backup but I don´t know if it is the original, laptop comes frome another technician....

I changed kbc and reprogrammed it and it turn on without problem but processor runs only at 400 mhz all the time.

Hi

I checked dc-dc converter (G2898), there are two, one for control 5vs / 1.8v and the other for 3vs, these has its own input voltages, 5valw, 1.8 valw and 3.3v valw but any has enable signal, I think suson is it but it is not present, and there isn´t short in any output.

what are the requirements to kbc release SUSON? or what thing do I should to check now?

Yes, 1.8v is present in coil, output of G2823D ic, but bios chip uses 3.3v.
.
No short in +3VPCU / +5VPCU / 1.8V, I am looking for these +3VS/+5VS
