hmm, its not working with adapter, because my adjustble dc voltage regulator is not supported by the system of this hp g62. it works with its own charger. So i think next i'll re-programme the bios.

some hp laptops doesnt work with 2 pin adapter. so if you want it to work with 2 pin adapter, like mine you need to do some modification. you may try connecting 3th pin to gnd. i havent found the schem. yet. there is a problem in vcore power circuit. Cpu is overheating too much. i think cpu 's allready dead so i decided to give it bck to customer.

Hi spidey, I am very interested in your modification for 2 pin adapter. Is it possible for you to show how to do it over the schematic?
                  Regards.

                    Hi,

Mine was shut down yesterday due to overheating but mine had too much dirt in cooling fan. Now it has 3.3V on power button but no power on SPI flash, I m very confused,
I need a hand for this motherboard.

You're probably looking at BIOS ROM (page 13) and not KBC ROM (page 25).

Yes, BIOS rom has no voltage but KBC rom has 3.3V.
I guess I need dump for KBC rom because KBC doesn't power up the system.

Update : I get not light on ac connectors led with adapter but when I use battery I see led blinks 3 times indicating me battery is empty.
does it mean charger (8731AE) is gone ? some help would be great.

So I am trying to repair broken thunderbolt FW on X1 Yoga Gen 2. The EEPROM chip is WINBOND 25Q80DVNIG. I already do a back-up and erase. But when I try to wrote new FW, it was successfull, but when I tried to read it, it still blank. when I try to do a blank check, it gave me instant error in address 0. I already tried two CH341A, already did the 3.3v fix mod, using AsProgrammer, NeoProgrammer, Colibri, and CH341A 1.29. But the problem still occurred. What I did wrong here? Can anyone help me? Thanks in advance. Here is the log in Colibri :

so i took out one of my spare gigabyte ep35-ds3r mobos from storage for use to do some cpu, ram and video card testing of stuff i bought from ebay and got for free from momaka. he bought 50 e8400 cpus for cheap from ebay some years ago and i decided to help him relieve him of some of his supply since he had waaaay too many!! what did we say about hoarding too much stuff and depriving others of them?! *cough* socialism *cough* lol!

i had to blow some dust off the board and heatsinks with the datavac as i didnt clean it up before putting it in storage. after finishing...

I've got a Hanns.G Hi221 Monitor that works for a moment and then the display goes off but the power LED indicator remains on. If you power it off and back on again it does the same thing, it comes on and then the display goes blank. From a cold start it takes 10 seconds or so before the display goes blank but if you turn it off and then back on again after it already being on it goes blank a lot quicker so I'm assuming something is getting hot which is causing the display to go off.

I've uploaded a video of it happening on YouTube:

Hi all, I’ve got a problem I hope someone can help me fixi.
I have a Panasonic TX-48CX350B tv , it powers up ok but the screen is blank, the backlights are working, there’s nothing else though, no picture or sound. I’m not sure what the fault is called whether it’s BLANK/ BLACK/ or WHITE SCREEN I’ve actually came across this before on a similar tv but just ended up scrapping it, I will upload pictures of the boards etc , if anyone could help me I would really appreciate it...

Mobo MSI B550-A PRO password popup

                                          Hello guys,
I have interesting problem. My MoBo MSI running on Ryzen 7 w/o graphics just good. I swapped to Ryzen 5 5600G and on the boot I stuck with screen on picture. Enter Password. I checked BIOS setting with Ryzen 7, no security is enabled, BIOS password or TPM.
BIOS I updated to last one.
                                          any suggestions?
And same thing for two different 5600G, and yes, MoBo supposed to support it.
                                          Thank you...
