Sad to say but, another Lenovo low temperature soldering (LTS) related issue..
See this article:
https://news.lenovo.com/pressroom/press-releases/lenovo-announces-breakthrough-innovative-pc-manufacturing-process/
Most probably it caused by cold solder joints at NVME port or loose bga connections under CPU.https://Sad to say but, another Leno... Most probably

Common problem with that generation of Dell laptops is bad heatsink, check to see if fan side of heatsink is hot or cold during operation.
if cpu side is hot and fan side is cold, and I mean literally cold, then you have a broken heatsink copper issue
During operation each side of heatsink must be hot

Apply usual reflow temperature, when balls melt use a thin blade to seperate chip from board by sticking it under and turning it, that is the way.
Some BGA chips require extreme force to come off but in the end they don't get damaged so don't worry
in some cases pcb paint might come off but it is repairable.
Be patient , it totally worth the effort...

Lenovo Thinkpad L13 Yoga LAR-1 18834-1M self RTC reset on every startup
Hello
This device came in with a strange problem,
The laptop starts by resetting the time and date settings every time it is turned on, as if the RTC battery was removed.
RTC battery is brand new, 3V is present at Q2502
No liquid damage or corrosion, board is clean
Same on AC or battery
schematic and boardview can be found here

Thank you very much @hoaca388 for helping, it boots without password now.
I have a question. I have 4 more of this model waiting for bios password removal, when I try this dump on others they boot fine except when I plug AC adapter PC starts itself automatically.
I uncheck every self power on option on BIOS menu but this keeps happening.
Should I post each remaining 4 units dumps here or is there a way around it ?Thank you very much @hoaca388...
